The annual Whole Foods Market Pasadena Triathlon, Duathlon and 5k Fun Run. Join us for a Spring 'reverse' triathlon, duathlon or a great 5k run around the Bowl. This event is for everyone: whether you are a beginner, an experienced triathlete or somewhere in between. This event will provide a fun challenge and get you ready for the Summer Season of events! The triathlon is limited to 600 participants, so enter early! Registration for the 5k is capped at 1000, so come on out and run the Bowl!

Observe wildlife searching for their breakfast on the bayou. This trip through the heart of the Nature Center presents an uncommon opportunity to watch and learn about bayou life. Enjoy pastries, juice and coffee while underway. The boat will pick you up at the Bay Area Park boat launch (NOT at the nature center). Reservations required.
